First Class Fever has been compared to many great bands including Forever the Sickest Kids (Universal Motown), All-American Rejects (Doghouse/Interscope), and Relient K (Gotee/Capitol). We have been categorized many times in the “Pop-Punk” or “Power-pop” genre currently sweeping kids everywhere off their feet.
First Class Fever consists of mainly 18 year olds, Joe Rad (vocals), Andy Green (bass guitar), Eric Orman (guitar), Dillon Anderson (guitar), John Roberts (drums), and Matthew Gaba (synth/keys/beats). First Class Fever’s incredibly unique song writing ability sets them apart from other bands in the genre. Eric’s creative guitar lines and poppy style are what give First Class Fever this unique sound. It’s no secret that what draw people to First Class Fever’s music is the drum beats, soaring synth, and extra color added by Matthew Gaba. Dan Matthiesen, manager, describes the band as having “catchy guitar hooks, sexy vocals, a drumbeat that makes you feel like dancing, driving bass, synthesizers and strings, pianos and pads, and so much more.” First Class Fever will be going into the studio early March to record their debut EP with producer, Geoff Rockwell (Forever the Sickest Kids, School Boy Humor) This genre of music is so new and it is starting to take over the industry so bands are able to be creative with it and make new advances in it, First Class Fever is doing just that; being creative with their music and taking it to the next level.
